Island

Just in time for New Moon, I'll be heading up north this Thursday for Hari Raya Haji and every time we go to Penang, the food flow is pretty ridiculous, I secretly think my grandparents (It's teamwork, I'll get on that later) are on this sick mission to get us all fleshy and big. It's not really working, but whatever. My Pak Tok is pretty amazing, he wakes up at the ungodly hour of 5 and gets ready to go to the market to get groceries, he would go to the extreme and order like 40-50 fishes and a billion prawns. Mak Tok is God in the kitchen. We have a couple of fixed dishes; ikan sambal, udang kunyit, kangkung belacan, and the fish curry. I seriously, can live with that for the rest of my stay in Penang. I'm not even joking when I say that she cooks like I don't know 5 fishes PER meal (yes, meal!), that's 5 for lunch and another 5 for dinner. Sometimes even more. We're that festive. -.-
And what we do in Penang can be categorized as really gross. Because basically, we just lounge around and watch TV. And go to Queensbay for no reason at all. It's brilliant.
I think we're staying overnight at Hard Rock Hotel which I can't wait for. I just hope the rainy weather won't stand in our way.

What else ?
